The Preserve at Trussells Creek
Kelly Landscape Architects was retained to develop the masterplan to create a “destination” gated equestrian and sportsman community for an 8,000+ acre site. This masterplan reflects the owner’s goal to create a resort like setting with vast open space readily accessible to all. Owners and guests will have access to miles of trails and greenways yet enjoy the privacy of living on their own mini-ranch.
The equestrian theme will be strong and the horse enthusiasts will enjoy the best facilities and manicured landscape surroundings. This resort community will appeal to the sportsman who may enjoy fishing any of the 33 lakes or Trussels Creek. Hunting opportunities will abound in the form of deer, turkey, quail and pheasant. Shooters will enjoy the challenge of sporting clays and skeet at the lodge.
